A Thermo-Solar Power Plant is designed to obtain electrical energy from solar radiation, which falls on mirrors and concentrates the sunlight on the absorber tubes, inside which a heat transfer fluid flows, which will reach a temperature close to 400 ºC.
This heat transfer fluid is transported to the heat exchanger, where its water is evaporated by heat transfer.
The generated steam will be taken to the turbine, which will be in charge of generating electricity.
Prevent non-desired production stoppages, due to the solidification of the heat oil or the freezing of the service waters.
Based on Electrical Heat Tracing using Mineral Insulation (high temperature) heating cables or Self-Regulating cables (low temperature).
AKO provides Know How with over 30 years of experience, which has made us the leader in the Electrical Heat Tracing field.
As manufacturers, we provide a Quick Solution, tailor made to the needs of each customer. In the Thermo-Solar Power Plant field, we have broad experience thanks to awarding of projects: ANDASOL 1 and 2, PUERTOLLANO, EXTRESOL 1 and 2, of which ANDASOL 1 and PUERTOLLANO are already up and running, with optimum results.
AKO has a consolidated project department, made up of Engineers and Works Supervisors, qualified to lead work teams, particularly in TURN KEY projects, which guarantees successful results.
