The AKOCORE Advance with SELF-DRIVE© algorithm allows to:

AKOCORE ADVANCE regulates the installation using its SELF-DRIVE© algorithm and uses just 2 probes:

It optimises the working time of the drain resistance, significantly reducing electricity consumption

It regulates the fan to take advantage of the thermal inertia of the evaporator, achieving:

  • Reduced number of compressor activations.
  • Reduced energy consumption.
  • Less mechanical stress due to fewer compressor activations.

It detects the state of the refrigerant in the evaporator

It detects the formation of ice in the evaporator

It determines the Heat Transfer Ratio between the cold room and the evaporator

It monitors door opening, reducing ambient/room heat transfer and increasing temperature stability

It minimises the number and duration of defrosts:

  • Reduced thermal stress.
  • Increased time at the set-point.
  • Reduced energy consumption.
  • Reduced risk of gas leakage.
