In accordance with the new provisions established in the Royal Decree-Law 10/2020, dated 29 March, and regarding the extraordinary measures taken due to the rapid spread of COVID-19, we hereby inform you that AKO continues its operations, committed to ensure the health and well-being of employees, clients, and providers, and meeting the needs of the cooling sector.
As detailed in points 2, 4, 5 and 25 of the Appendix to the Royal Decree, companies that manufacture and distribute equipment, components and cooling material for non-domestic cooling, offering service to all activities described as essential, such as food production or those that provide service to healthcare, among others, are considered essential to ensure the proper performance of basic services that this legislation requires.

Therefore, and being aware of our responsibility regarding this exceptional and difficult situation that the whole society is experiencing, we want to convey to you our firm commitment to continue working to help overcome this health crisis, to the best of our ability, ensuring our production and capacity to receive and supply material.
