AKO commits to young talent through partnership agreements with training centres

The company has signed training agreements with various higher education institutions

AKO continues to offer opportunities to recent young graduates to become part of its organisation following agreements on the BTS Commerce International diploma in international business with the UPC (Polytechnic University of Catalonia), the IES Joaquim Mir (Joaquim Mir secondary institute of education) in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona) and CNED (the National Centre for Distance Education). The partnership between the parties entails the incorporation of students from the various campuses into AKO for internships or to carry out final projects or dissertations, and the participation of the company in the European Project Semester (EPS) programme and other training activities of mutual interest that involve European training projects with students from different states.

These activities consolidate the company as a driving force of local growth and generator of professional futures, discovering young talents and promoting their professional careers internationally – a task requiring a serious social commitment to people. AKO has always believed in this model of innovation, development and applied knowledge acquisition throughout the more than 40 years of its history, during which the company has been constantly evolving.

The main objective of AKO is to increase customer satisfaction with its equipment and services, supplying the industrial and commercial refrigeration market with the greatest specialist knowledge to provide technical solutions that meet customers’ needs, while at the same time contributing to the integration of young graduates into the labour market.
